TEXtant®

Autonomous stand-alone multi frequency GNSS

Tracking of movements automatically in X, Y, Z

Revolutionary cost effective geodetic precision

Easy to use

STAND ALONE MULTI-FREQUENCY SURFACE MONITORING

The TEXtant® system allows millimeter-precise measurement of displacement, direction and velocity. Works as accurately as an IGS station but is much more cost-effective, and labor-efficient. Surveying data gets transferred directly to your client device.

Multi-frequency
millimeter-precision

Different satellite constellations provide mm accuracy, even under the most difficult conditions.

Automatic
data processing

Movement data and results are transferred directly to the cloud.

Stand alone
autonomous system

No base station required. Full network capability, 24/7 measurement, solar powered.

Cost effective
and easy to rent

Organize your unmanned, precise surveying yourself. Easy to use.

Movement
alarm

Alerts in case of displacement, including direction and velocity information.

Setting
new landmarks

Expansion of existing geodetic networks and building reference stations with IGS accuracy.

This technology is revolutionary.

  • Cost effective automatic stand-alone system
  • X, Y, Z movement data gets directly to the client device
  • Unmanned precise point positioning (ppp)

Automatic data processing

All data corrections are made by the TEXtant® software without the need for further processing by a specialist. The GNSS system will autonomously process all data once a day and deliver 3D coordinates to a safe client database. Results with the same accuracy as the world standard of IGS stations. This saves time and money.

At the German Research Centre for Geosciences GFZ in Potsdam, Germany the TEXtant® GNSS system was connected to the same antenna, as the geodetic Javad receiver of the IGS station POTS. Continuous measurements were carried out over a period of 30 days.

The results showed that the system delivers precise measurement data of displacement, direction and velocity with comparable accuracy as the world standard IGS stations.

The daily results are accurate to the millimeter. Measured at the IGS station at the GFZ, Potsdam, Germany

A new type of GNSS box is being developed as part of a cooperation between Texplor, the TU Berlin and the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences in Potsdam. The box contains innovative hardware and software developments and enables cost-effective, autonomous and very accurate positioning.”

24/7 autonomous surveying

Textant® GNSS is perfect also for long-term 24/7-millimeter precision movement monitoring as an early warning system. The System is also autonomous in the way of power supply (solar panels) or global satellite internet.

Several Textant® devices can operate fully autonomously in a network or a stand-alone system.

This makes geodetic dynamic monitoring possible at any place in the world.

  • location independent
  • No specialists needed
  • 24/7 measurement in all areas
  • Fully autonomous network or stand alone
  • Global satellite internet and photovoltaic power supply

A wide range of application areas

Water dams & protective dams

Large scale structures

Landfills

Areas of surface movement

Landslide areas

Geodetic networks

We detect.
We protect.

Built to save lives and to protect the environment

Climate change leads to higher risks of landslides and environmental hazards for mankind, constructions, dams and landfills. Plate tectonic movements cause earthquakes and other threats around the world. Many of the major cities are located in dangerous areas and millions of lives depend on early warnings.

The revolutionary TEXtant® GNSS station is designed as a flexible and cost-effective early warning system. Easily set up on all types of areas and structures to monitor displacement and velocity change. The alarm criteria are adapted to customer needs and provide clear surveying data over time.

Setting new landmarks

We are able to expand existing IGS points and reference stations in the geodetic network with our cost effective TEXtant® GNSS system.

Because of the expansive costs of high quality IGS stations there are still many countries in the world with no or few of these important reference stations. With our innovative and new surface monitoring technology we will help to set new landmarks worldwide.

  • Affordable and cost effective
  • Clear surveillance over time and adaptable early warning system
  • New IGS landmarks for less developed countries

Innovative and cost-effective

Easy to use – easy to rent

TEXtant® is an easy-to-use monitoring device that works autonomously and out of the box.

The rentable device works stand-alone or in a fully autonomous network of several devices. Just put the device on the spot you would like to measure and turn it on.

We ensure the best surveying design regardless of the size and complexity of your project. We will find a cost-effective and optimal solution for solving your surveying tasks.
